Later, she found her true passion for massage therapy. In 2014, she earned her Associate of Science in Massage Therapy. She is also a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Monique always had a passion for helping others and making them essential. She takes pride in customizing each massage based on her client's needs and by listening to their body. Her sessions include therapeutic approach: such as deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish massage, and stretching techniques to promote pain and tension relief. What motivates Liz is the passion to help people relax and relieve stress. Elizabeth specializes in deep tissue massage to reduce inflammation and improve posture of her clients. The essence of a holistic approach versus medicine has made an impact on her scope of treatment. Having the opportunity to treat clients with all-natural products, organic oils, and creams has increased her passion for therapeutic care. Jodie Stephens is a Licensed Massage Therapist who has always loved helping people. After years of working in healthcare, she found her true passion for massage therapy.
