Essential Spa Etiquette and Policies

RESERVATION

We encourage you to book your appointment in advance or after your last appointment to lock in your preferred appointment time. Our Essential team devoted time for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee your reservation. Credit Card will not be charged unless there is a NO SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Our therapist is here to make sure you receive an ESSENTIAL experience. If an issue should arise, we encourage you to cancel or reschedule 24-hours prior to your appointment. If failed to do so, a 50% fee of service will be withdrawn from your credit card that is on file. "NO SHOW" will be charged full price.

ARRIVALS

To start your Essential Journey we asked that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out intake forms and consultation with a therapist.   Late arrivals will limit your experience at Essentially You, however, full-price still applies.

PERSONAL HYGIENE

We ask that you come to your massage therapy session with a clean body is imperative for health and safety of both clients and massage therapist. Personal hygiene is mutually respected on both parts.  

SPA PAYMENT

All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept personal or traveler's check.

GRATUITIES

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or packages. Our therapist here at Essentially You focus on making each client Essential! We appreciate your acknowledgment of our professional staff. Customary tipping begins at 18% of your total service fee.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

Essentially You Gift Certificate are exchangeable only for these products and services, and have no cash surrender value. Refunds are not available on Gift Card purchases. Missed Gift Card appointments will forfeit the entire value of the service scheduled. Sorry, no exceptions.
